I recently read an article that I found to be very insightful and reinforce what we’re doing over here at Innotas. It focuses on the trends we are starting to see in advancing technology and what companies need to do to stay current and successful. The article from McKinsey outlines the 10 tech-enabled business trends to watch and explains how “the combined effects of emerging Internet technologies, increased computing power. Also, how fast persuasive digital communications are spawning new ways to manage talent and assets as well as new thinking about organizational structures. As I began thinking about what we are seeing in our industry and company, I found the list of business trends thought provoking, and relevant. It’s interesting to keep in mind as technology and digital communication continues to advance.
