Innotas Product Release: Extending Enterprise Resource Management

| , SVP, Product Development

Over 60% of organizations say they do not have enough resources to manage incoming project and work demand from their stakeholders. Innotas has been solving this problem for years and in this product release, we focused on extending our enterprise resource management solutions in three key areas:

  • Predictive resource planning
  • Centralized staffing
  • Redesigning the mobile experience

The new release upgrades the core predictive analytics engine and provides additional visuals for improved resource planning.  Centralized staffing models are now easily supported for routing resource requests or approvals, and we completely redesigned the mobile solution for on-the-go team members and project managers – increasing their efficiency and providing a more streamlined user experience.

During the roadmap and planning stages, the product and engineering teams took a resource-centric view. We wanted to upgrade the resource management capabilities and tools for the entire project lifecycle, from planning and execution to tracking and measuring projects – improving decision making for each role and stakeholder within the organization. Our goal is to help organizations ensure their resources, arguably their most valuable assets, are optimized and focused on the highest value work – which increases project success and return on investment (ROI).

With this new release, we believe organizations will have higher confidence that they have adequate resources and skillsets to meet the demands of their business and strategy. If there is a shortage of resources, which is highly likely, organizations will increase forecasting accuracy of headcount-hiring plans by identifying and predicting resource gaps ahead of roadmap execution.
